2-Minute Stress Reset
Pause: Place the tip of your fingers over your temples, or your hand gently over your chest or on the table in front of you.
Breathe: Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 2, exhale for 6.
Name one tension point: “My shoulders feel tight.”“My mind feels cluttered.”
Release: With your next exhale, let go of one thing that doesn’t need you right now.
Anchor: Say: “I can return to myself in any moment.”
This isn’t therapy — it’s a gentle strategy for staying grounded. Use it as often as you need.
